Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Your wallet address — only if you sign in. Signing in means your wallet signs a log-in message; we never see or ask for your seed phrase or private key.
- Game progress — your hero, name, level, items, scores, race times and other game data, so your progress is saved.
- What you write — chat messages, guestbook notes, Studio games and comments you choose to post.
- Diagnostics — anonymous technical data such as errors, loading times, frame rate, browser and graphics chip, to fix bugs and keep the game smooth. For signed-in players these reports are kept with the wallet address so we can help when something goes wrong.
- On your device — settings and guest progress are kept in your browser's local storage.
We do not collect your phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or payment card details. Payments in $ARCIRCLE or USDC happen in your own wallet; we only read the public transaction on the blockchain to confirm it.
How we use it
- To run the game: save progress, show leaderboards, credit in-game rewards and confirm purchases.
- To keep the game fair and safe: stop cheating, spam and abuse.
- To fix problems and improve performance.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it
- Vercel — hosting of the website and game servers.
- Google Cloud Firestore — storage of game data.
- Anthropic (Claude) — the in-game AI characters (ARCIA and AI agents) answer the messages you send them.
- Public blockchains (Arc) — wallet transactions are public by nature.
Public information
Your game name, hero, scores and leaderboard places, and a shortened wallet address, may be shown to other players.
Children
ARCIRCLE WORLD is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep game data while your account is in use. To delete your game data, email contact@arcircle.app from any address with your wallet address, and sign a short message we send you to prove it is yours. We delete it within 30 days. Guest data on your device is removed by clearing the site's data in your browser or uninstalling the app. Transactions already on a blockchain cannot be deleted by anyone.

- 게임 진행 정보 — 캐릭터, 이름, 레벨, 아이템, 점수, 레이스 기록 등 진행 저장을 위한 게임 데이터.
- 직접 작성한 내용 — 채팅, 방명록, 스튜디오 게임과 댓글 등 직접 올린 내용.
- 진단 정보 — 오류, 로딩 시간, 프레임 속도, 브라우저와 그래픽 칩 같은 기술 정보(버그 수정과 성능 개선용). 로그인한 플레이어는 문제 해결을 돕기 위해 지갑 주소와 함께 보관됩니다.
- 기기에 저장 — 설정과 게스트 진행 정보는 브라우저의 로컬 저장소에 저장됩니다.
전화번호, 연락처, 사진, 정밀 위치, 결제 카드 정보는 수집하지 않습니다. $ARCIRCLE·USDC 결제는 이용자 본인의 지갑에서 이루어지며, 저희는 블록체인의 공개 거래만 읽어 확인합니다.
이용 목적
- 게임 운영: 진행 저장, 랭킹, 게임 내 보상 지급, 구매 확인.
- 공정하고 안전한 게임: 부정행위, 스팸, 악용 방지.
- 문제 해결과 성능 개선.
개인정보를 판매하지 않으며 광고에 사용하지 않습니다.
처리 위탁
- Vercel — 웹사이트·게임 서버 호스팅.

게임 이름, 캐릭터, 점수와 랭킹 순위, 축약된 지갑 주소가 다른 플레이어에게 보일 수 있습니다.
아동
ARCIRCLE WORLD는 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.
보관과 삭제
계정을 사용하는 동안 게임 데이터를 보관합니다. 삭제를 원하시면 지갑 주소를 적어 contact@arcircle.app 로 메일을 보내고, 저희가 보내는 짧은 메시지에 지갑으로 서명해 본인임을 확인해 주세요. 30일 이내에 삭제합니다. 기기의 게스트 데이터는 브라우저의 사이트 데이터 삭제나 앱 삭제로 지워집니다. 이미 블록체인에 기록된 거래는 누구도 삭제할 수 없습니다.
